1. ¿What areas of Panama do the Super Virtual of Riba Smith delivers?

Riba Smith delivers to the entire area of the capital including the Amador Causeway and Canal areas for a fee of B/.10.00

 

2. ¿Do I have to be home when my delivery arrives?

Yes, you must be in the place of delivery at the time your order arrives. However, if you use the MOTO plan, you may leave a check for the total amount or the cash and we will deliver your order.
The MOTO PLAN is only a written authorization to debit the customer's credit card.

 

3. ¿How long before do I have to place my order?

24 hours in advance.

4. ¿How do I cancel my order?

5. ¿Is there a charge if I cancel my order?

No.

 

6. ¿Can I make changes to my profile?

Correct. Just enter your profile and "click" on the button that says "My Account"

 

7. ¿How do I know the delivery costs?

The flat fee for delivery is B /. 7.00

 

8. ¿How do I request the home-delivery service?

If you wish to place an order at Riba Smith, contact our order center, available to our clients from Monday to Friday 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.  and Sunday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

9. ¿What is the delivery schedule of the home-delivery service?
