History
The supermarket, with that image of quality it had formed, also processed meat which its distinguished clientele recognized as of best quality. Thanks to that quality sales increased and it was decided to improve the usefulness of this product in the form of deli and sausages. Thus, Riba Smith’s deli was born.
The quality of the products was such that demand increased greatly and in 1978 VIPSA was founded. VIPSA not only manufactures products for Riba Smith but also sells its products to other markets and restaurants.
